Role Overview
The Field Operations Manager oversees U.S.-based field technicians and is responsible for installation quality, ADAS accuracy, technician accountability, and operational excellence across assigned regions. This is a leadership role focused on field execution and performance.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and support U.S.-based field technicians
  • Reinforce technician accountability and performance standards
  • Review job documentation and quality indicators
  • Ensure installations meet company quality standards
  • Verify ADAS calibrations are completed successfully and documented
  • Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Support new technician ramp-up and early performance
  • Communicate field trends and improvement opportunities to leadership
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  •  Installation quality and ADAS success rate
  •  Warranty and repeat-service rate
  •  Technician punctuality and reliability
  •  Job quality audit results
  •  Technician productivity metrics
  •  Customer satisfaction and review quality

  •  3+ years of experience in field operations, workforce management, or service leadership Near-native English fluency (spoken and written

  • Experience managing U.S.-based field teams
  •  Ability to work U.S. business hours
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S. service-based or field-driven businesses
  •  Familiarity with CRM, dispatch, or performance dashboards
  • Automotive, auto glass, or ADAS experience (plus, not required)
