As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to help scale our digital campaigns.Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience and an active Google Search Ads Certification. The right candidate must have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, strong analytical skills, and experience working with tracking tools and call tracking platforms. A portfolio of past projects and companies you’ve worked with is required.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube (as needed).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, develop high-performing ad copy, and run A/B tests.
- Set up and maintain tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and phone tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar.
- Build and manage proper UTM links to accurately track campaign performance and traffic sources.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to improve ROI.
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current with Google Ads trends, policy changes, and new platform features.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Search Ads Certification is required (must be current and verifiable).
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, GTM, and phone tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and managing significant ad budgets.
- Must submit a portfolio or list of companies/projects worked on with campaign goals and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
